Project notes

Create → Docs. Each project has one document for the context everyone needs: goals, decisions, links, how-tos. Switch between Write and Preview. It saves a second after you stop typing, and again when you click away or leave; the toolbar shows Saving, Saved or Couldn't save with Try again. Export downloads it as Markdown.

• Markdown works: # headings, - lists, bold, links, tables and task lists.
• People who can only view the project see the preview.

Task notes

Task notes gathers the notes from every task, grouped by lane, then tasks not on the board, then sub-tasks under their parent. Search finds words in titles and notes. Click a title to open the task. Export all downloads every task note as one Markdown file. The Docs module lists every project with notes.
