OKRs
Objectives with two to four measurable key results, fed by the tasks that move them.
Objectives and key results
An objective is what you want to achieve, in plain words: "Make onboarding effortless". Each has two to four key results, the numbers that would prove it: "Cut setup time to 5 minutes". An objective's progress is the average of its key results, shown as a ring.
Plan → OKRs, then New objective: a name, an optional sentence on why it matters, and a period. The period is filled in with the current quarter; change it to whatever you plan in.
Measuring a key result
A key result is measured as a percentage, a number, money, or done or not, with a start, a target and a current value. Choose where its progress comes from:
- Values I log — click Update and enter the current value whenever it changes.
- Linked tasks — progress is the average of the tasks you link; a done task counts as 100%. Click Tasks to link or unlink them.
- You can link tasks to any key result, whichever mode it uses, so the work behind a result is one click away.
Status and periods
Click an objective's status chip (On track, At risk, Off track, Achieved, Canceled) to change it. Status is your call; progress never sets it. Canceled objectives are left out of the average. When objectives span more than one period, filter by period at the top. The OKR module shows objectives across every project.
