The plans

Starter is free with no time limit: three projects and the three core views (Board, Checklist, Timeline). Pro adds unlimited projects and every view and tool: Calendar, Table and Spreadsheet, Canvas, Timeline Studio, Sprints, OKRs, KPIs, Time, Workload, Automations, Docs, Reports and Portfolios. Teams adds collaboration features, organizations and seats. Enterprise is custom, with single sign-on, audit logs, API access and white-label on its roadmap.

Student and Non-Profit are free with Pro-level access, for students at accredited institutions and registered nonprofits.

How limits are counted

Counts are enforced by the database when you create something, with a message that says what is in use: projects not in Trash (archived ones count, and restoring from Trash takes a slot), canvases, timelines and organizations you own, teams per organization and members per team. Reaching a limit never hides or removes anything; it only stops a new one until you delete one or move up a plan. Your usage against each limit shows under Settings → Billing and on the New project page when you are at a limit.

Upgrading

Billing is being finished. Until it launches, every account runs on an assigned plan; write to hello@kyndium.com to change yours, or to be set up as a student or nonprofit account.
