Reading it

Plan → Workload in a project, or Modules → Workload for every project you are on. Each row is a person and each column a week, eight at a time. A cell shows the open tasks they have that week, or their points with Points. Weeks start Monday.

A task with a start and a finish counts in every week it touches, with its points spread over its weekdays. A task with only a due date counts in that week. Tasks past their date sit under Overdue, ones beyond the weeks shown under Later, and undated ones under No date. A task counts for its assignee and any co-assignees; unassigned tasks have a row of their own.

Capacity

Set yours with Your capacity, in tasks and in points a week. A cell turns amber at 80% of capacity and red past it; the line along its bottom shows how full the week is. Teammates see your capacity; until someone sets theirs, the default of 5 tasks or 15 points is used.

Rebalancing

Click a cell to see its tasks. Open one, hand it to someone else on its project, or Push a week to move its start, finish and due date a week later together.

Only you can set your capacity. Reassigning and moving tasks needs edit access to the task's project.
