How do I create a new project?

From the My Projects page, click "+ New project" in the top right. You can start from scratch or pick a template from the gallery below.

Can I switch a project between Board, Checklist, and Timeline views?

Yes — any project can be viewed as a Board (Kanban), Checklist, or Timeline (Gantt). Use the tab bar at the top of the project page. Your tasks are the same in every view; switching is just changing the lens.

What is the difference between due_date, start_date, and end_date?

due_date is a single deadline used in Kanban and Checklist views. start_date and end_date define the duration bar in the Gantt/Timeline view. A task can have both a due_date and a Gantt range.

How do I export my project data?

Open a project and click the "↓ Export" button in the top-right nav. You can export as JSON (full structured data, re-importable in a future release) or CSV (flat task list for Excel or Google Sheets).

How do I delete a project?

On the My Projects page, hover over a card and click the 🗑 button in the bottom-right corner of the card. You'll be asked to confirm before anything is permanently removed.

How do I change my project's color theme?

Open the project, click the ⋯ menu next to the project title in the nav, and select "🎨 Project theme". You can choose any palette or reset to your global default.

Where do I set my global color scheme and dark/light mode?

Click the "🎨 Appearance" link in the top-right nav of the My Projects page, or go to /settings directly.

Is Kyndium free?

Yes — Kyndium is currently free for all users during the early-access period. Pricing will be announced before any changes take effect, with a generous free tier planned.

Is my data safe?

Your data is stored in a Supabase-hosted Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Only your account can read or modify your projects. You can export everything at any time.
