We Were Drowning in Tools
The Kyndium team spans software engineering, product management, design, and education. We're based in different time zones, manage distributed projects, and—like everyone else—juggle personal and professional responsibilities.
We each had our own project management stack. One of us lived in Monday.com. Another swore by Asana. A third jumped between Jira, Trello, and Google Sheets. We all used Slack for everything because no single tool did what we needed.
The worst part? Our organization was bleeding money on subscriptions. And when we finally got everyone onto the same tool, we discovered it was clunky, expensive per user, and missing the one view our workflow actually needed.
