Portfolios

One table across projects

Portfolio in the account menu lists every project you can open with its health, completion, task counts, overdue count and next milestone, sortable by any column. Create portfolios to group projects (a client, a quarter, a team), add projects to them, and expand a portfolio to see its projects as cards or a list. Grouping never changes the projects.

How health is scored

Health is computed from open work, so you do not have to set it:

• At risk — more than three overdue tasks, or any overdue task while less than a quarter of the work is done.
• Needs attention — one to three overdue tasks, or less than 60% done with nothing overdue.
• On track — nothing overdue and at least 60% done.
